Cognixis LLC develops and provides AI-assisted products and services. Depending on the product or feature, AI may help analyze information, generate or organize content, retrieve relevant information, or support a workflow. AI-generated responses come from software, not a human expert or licensed adviser.

The example workflow on this company website is a scripted illustration. Changing its steps does not send a prompt to an AI provider or produce a personal assessment. Research and prototype descriptions explain work in progress; they are not promises of released features.

AI can invent facts, citations, qualifications, contact details, or events; overlook relevant information; repeat bias; and produce different answers to similar requests. An articulate answer or numerical score does not establish accuracy, fairness, or reliability.

Review every output before use or sharing. Confirm names, dates, credentials, statistics, citations, and material claims against reliable sources. Do not use generated content to misrepresent your experience, qualifications, identity, or other facts. Treat search summaries, company allegations, and other factual assertions as unverified until you check their original sources and dates.

AI-assisted recommendations, classifications, rankings, scores, and summaries are estimates based on available inputs. They are not a guarantee of accuracy, an outcome, or a substitute for human judgment. Any product-specific description of a score or recommendation explains its intended purpose; verify information and decisions through the relevant source or responsible person.

General AI output is not legal, financial, tax, medical, immigration, or other regulated professional advice. Seek an appropriately qualified professional for decisions requiring that expertise.

Do not use an AI-assisted product as the sole basis to select, reject, rank, or otherwise make a consequential decision about another person. Such uses can require separate notices, assessments, audits, accessibility measures, human review, and appeal rights. This general disclosure does not satisfy those obligations.

AI processing may send your inputs and relevant context to a third-party provider. The privacy notice and any in-product disclosure for the product or feature you use describe applicable data handling. Processing a request, keeping service or abuse-prevention records, and training a model are separate uses. This notice does not provide blanket authorization for model training or guarantee zero retention.

Only provide material you have authority to use. Omit passwords, financial account details, government identifiers, and unnecessary sensitive or confidential information. Do not assume that removing a name makes a resume or message anonymous.

Review permissions and the action described before using an extension, integration, or automated feature. Confirm delivery and outcome through the relevant destination. AI cannot make a commitment on your behalf merely by generating text or recommending an action.

You retain your rights in inputs. AI output may not be unique, may not qualify for copyright, and may include material subject to someone else's rights. The applicable product terms govern use and output rights.

These limitations do not waive mandatory rights or remove Cognixis's responsibilities for its own services and data handling.
