This policy covers the Cognixis LLC company website at cognixisai.com. Cookies are small browser records sent with matching web requests. Local storage is a separate browser store that is not automatically sent with every request. Both can fall under laws governing storage on a device.
The company website does not set application cookies or include analytics, advertising, retargeting, or session-replay scripts. There is no advertising-cookie consent banner because those tools are not enabled here. Cognixis products and extensions may have their own storage practices and notices.
2. The motion preference

Type: local storage
Value: true or false
Purpose: remember the motion setting you choose using Pause motion or Resume motion.
Duration: no automatic expiry; it remains until you clear this site's browser data or change the setting.
This value is written when you use the motion control, is read on later visits, and is not sent by the application to an analytics or advertising provider. It supports the preference you request. The site also reads your device's reduced-motion setting without storing a separate tracking identifier.
3. Your controls
Use the motion control to change the preference. To remove the stored value, clear this site's data in your browser privacy settings. Blocking local storage may prevent the preference from surviving a reload; the site remains available. Clearing browser data does not delete information you have already sent to us or stored in a Cognixis product.
We must obtain any legally required consent before enabling non-essential storage or tracking, and provide a way to withdraw that choice. Continuing to browse does not constitute consent. A browser opt-out signal does not need to be enabled to use this website without advertising trackers.
4. Other requests, changes, and contact
Hosting providers receive technical information such as your IP address when serving a page. This is separate from browser storage and is described in our Privacy Policy. Following a link to another service can cause that service to use its own cookies and storage.
